SUPPORT |
Mix-Telematics have over 25 full time developers dedicated to this package alone. This does not include the support team or people employed to manufacture the product. There is an internet and phone support system during working hours with the Soltrack control room having security support after hours. On site technical training is a function and responsibility of Soltrack. Technical support teams are based in Gauteng, Cape Town, Durban and Port Elizabeth. Depending on the urgency of a support request, a query should be attended to within 24 hours. However with the server system the support system should attend to queries almost immediately as the computers are manned continuously by technical staff during working hours |
